Lived here for 4 years. I absolutely loved it. The location couldn't be beat - easy access to Dupont, Adams Morgan, U Street, etc. Building was always clean and well maintained. Management was extremely responsive and timely in the few, small items that would pop up every now and then from normal wear and tear. Highly recommend!

Have lived here since March and don’t have any complaints other than it’s quite far from a metro station. Other than that, it is on a fairly quiet street with updated units with hardwood floors and crown molding
