Maintenance.....5 stars! My heat went berserk on Sunday night. Gian stopped by THE NEXT DAY to check things out . Also, Ivan, came. I believe that he is the maintenence supervisor. He said the heating unit was broken. They brought over a portable heater to help keep me warm in the apartment. Marissa (?) also came. They all were kind and helpful and good natured. Gian is from Ecuador, I believe and the woman who accompanied him is also from South America. Great service all around. And (drumroll) Gian emailed me that things would be fixed tomorrow!!!! Thoughtful and courteous service!!!! Thanks! and 5 months later, still no complaints, except that two exceptional front office staff have left, the latest being Alyssa. Such a sweetheart! And no more Kory, who was incredibly talented. It's pretty depressing actually. And I hear that Paul left also. -----boo hoo.....He is about the kindest and most talented maintenance person I have ever met. What is going on for this property to be losing such great people!! Are these folks not getting the support they need???? The owners need to figure this out and help the property maintain their talent!!!! As for me, I love the landscaping, the quick responses from maintenance (Thank you Gian, and everyone!), and the gorgeous trees, nice gym and pool, yummy coffee, and my super nice neighbors and their handsome dogs.

Benetta has been extremely helpful with my move in experience. She is very kind and patient. I am excited to settle into my new apartment and enjoy the large screened in porch!
