The move in process was really quick and stress free, after a few days from our move in date we noticed a lot of people were moving out, people off the streets coming into the property. Roaches were noticed after a few weeks, and the Raid spray was handy. Things at the time were hard to get fixed by maintenance. Old management wasn't rude to us but sometimes when we needed to go to the office or call we would overhear the rude answers they would give to tenants, and the phone was never picked up throughout the day. One evening when we returned home after a winter rain storm our ceiling started to leak and almost ruined our living room furniture. That was my breaking point and I was ready to throw in the towel. My husband talked me into giving our rental a chance, as he noticed the changes that were happening. The new changes started by tenants getting removed or moving out, with this it caused people from off the street to stop coming onto the property, maintenance was replaced, landscaping started working around the grounds, laundry rooms getting worked on, pest control comes in once a month. I honestly believe that the old management had one foot out the door and was waiting for the new management to take over. The only issue we had so far with the new management ( which I know isn't their fault, but was fast to resolve the issue) was that during the summer our buildings AC wasn't working, we finally went into the office to get an update on why the AC in our building wasn't working. They gave us an update and explained how it needed to get fixed in the meantime they gave us a portable AC unit to keep us cool until the issue was fixed. Everything is in working order and it's very comfortable now. I don't think we have the apartments that have been completely renovated with stainless steel appliances, updated fixtures, but ours are black GE and in working condition, our bathtub is still a bit old and needs replacing. As far as safety I felt that there were no children on the premise besides our children because there was no child insight, with the new changes I feel it's safe to allow my children to play outside and I think other parents feel the same as we see more kids playing outside, Our neighbors stay to themselves and keep noise to a minimum. If you are using the laundry room, tenants leave each other's laundry alone. It's a pet friendly community. The property is well maintained and clean. There are laundry rooms on-site, a clean swimming pool, a dog park, and a covered play area for children with outside BBQ grills. Parking is "first come first serve" but there is plenty of it. There is an elementary school and daycare/ early childhood facility just within walking distance. The drive or walk isn't too far from the hospital, restaurant, gas station, and grocery stores. Our gates are finally working as I see this is an on and off issue, as anything electronic sometimes works and doesn't, now that it's working it prevents people from coming in that don't reside at this residence. The switch to new management has been so great and we liked the new change so much that we decided to stay. Stacey and Jorge are great to deal with and I feel you'll find them to be very welcoming, kind, caring, and professional. The office line gets picked up, work orders are addressed. The maintenance team here is excellent! We had a couple minor maintenance issues upon move-in,and took forever to get worked on but now if we have a maintenance issue the maintenance team makes sure the issues are addressed and resolved right away as there is only 2 of them that I seen. I'm happy we decided to stay as things got better.

Huge shout out to Jenah and the entire office staff. The initial unit they put me in was in very rough shape and when I brought this to their attention they were very quick to act. They did not fight back or give me any trouble. They immediately got me into a new unit which they triple checked met not only their standards but mine as well. They even rearranged the schedule to get the new unit 100% ready for me. I am very grateful for how helpful and understanding they were. Thank you!
