The staff is very, very, personable and friendly. You can tell they genuinely care about your satisfaction with your living experience here at The Boulders. Monthly newsletters are sent out by email letting tenants know of upcoming activities to help build ‘community spirit’ and an opportunity to meet some of your neighbors. The newsletters are also informative of upcoming maintenance, or groundskeeping work, that will be done to help maintain this beautiful property, and keep all of its various areas functioning smoothly. I highly recommend The Boulders and its nearness to the river, walking and biking paths, and varied shopping and dining locales, for your future living experience.

I have been living at Boulders for a year & 1/2. I am very impressed how efficient, friendly & helpful the team is in the leasing office. Any issues are quickly solved. Great place to live! Great scenic river view. Very clean & maintained property. Thank you for everyone at Boulders for being so great!

Boulders is a great place to live! Great neighborhood, close to many restaurants and the mall. Has an entrance to the bike path near the river. Friendly neighbors, many amenities for adults and kids, pet-friendly, low theft rate—it is close to the school bus route as well as the LTD bus route. The people who work here are kind and professional. We really enjoy living here.

I lived in Eugene for 7 years and Boulders on the River is by far my favorite. The location is perfect for walks by the water and the grounds are kept beautifully. Jessica and Eileen in the front office are extremely kind and helpful. I had a distressing, self inflicted roommate situation that left me less than professional in my communication, and they let me know what my options were and helped me execute my decision quickly with corporate grace. Having been in two units in this complex, I have had to move out of one and this is the ONLY place in Eugene that did me honorably by my deposit. The apartments themselves are so unique in their layout, and I absolutely loved how cozy they felt while still having plenty of room. The amenities are great, and my favorite by far is the on-site car vacuum! 🤩 I moved states but if life ever brings me back to Eugene, I will be looking into availablility here first! Thank you, Boulders!

I advised maintenance early one morning that I had an ant problem. Tyler called later that morning and came right over with his tube of treatment and treated the area in my master bath as well as the sliding glass door he said they would also enter. Within 48 hours I could see they were no longer an issue. Tyler always knows what to do and solves the problem. I can always depend on him to resolve any issue I have. He is great and accomplishes any issue in a timely manner. Bravo Tyler!!

We have been here a little over a year, and we couldn't be happier. The office personnel are friendly, professional and efficient. Issues are handled quickly. The grounds are beautiful, and having a river in our backyard is breathtaking...People friendly, Pet friendly...we would definitely recommend living here...⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
