My husband and I moved here from out of state and have lived at Amesbury for a year now and we have no complaints! Very clean and quiet. Inside of the apartment is super nice and we have washer and dryer hookups. Love the staff at the office they've always been super helpful and friendly. Shout-out to Travis for giving me some zip ties to put on a piece of my car that was falling off 😂 Overall we love it here. Maintenance is always pretty fast and it's easy to pay rent on the portal. I think the only thing that sometimes is a bother is the spider webs that usually pile up in the outside stairways but isn't a big deal.

I always do my reviews on the way out cause service level change once your money is in the bank. I’ve lived here for a little 3 years. I’m a picky as they come and hard to handle. I can’t say enough about that front office! I’ve gone through one of the most challenging phases in life to date and hands down if I wasn’t moving out of state I would not be leaving. That team duo is amazing. In life you get what you give. I have never had an issue that wasn’t solved. I LOVE straight forward no gimmicks. Don’t sugar coat the truth and that’s hard to hear. The grown folk table is what you get. I never felt unsafe. Ever! I don’t go outside much and I don’t like people touching me. My brother past and I’m here away from my family. I didn’t know what to do all I could do is run to the office. Chataunia said I know you don’t like people touching you but I’m coming over to hug you! Travis from the first phone call ever after I got on his last nerve. He said “didn’t I say I got you, don’t call me again” and he has never broke that trust over 3 years. SOLID!! I’ll take integrity and order all day! They make it more than a lease office! I ain’t neva seen a place wrap gifts for free! They give a nice feeling for people who don’t have people! I’ll say that and mean it! As many times they break the front gate they get it fixed! GET CHA PEOPLES!! I’m so sad to leave this was “HOME” for me. I appreciate everyone who has dealt with my unreasonable requests. lol! I’ve had plenty! C-Money if I spelled ya name wrong MY BAD! lol….T-Dough Thanks for making me feel at home! Peace and all love!!
