Transferred units after my lease was up and it was a flawless transition into our new unit. Every office worker was attentive to anything we had concerns on and they were few if any at all. Unit was cleaned upon move in and have never had issues with either unit I’ve lived in and if there was the maintenance staff were always quick and efficient to get the issue resolved.

Great place to live with amazing management. They were always helpful and timely in our requests and easy to work with. Complex is clean, safe, and well taken care of. Highly recommend Remington Apartments!

We lived here for ~9 months, and would still be living there if we didn't have to move for work. You'll have the normal neighbor sounds from living so close to other people. Kids play outside, and people are always walking their dogs. Met some great neighbors. Leasing office was always helpful and understanding with any concerns, even when we had to switch our lease plan last second due to our move. Highlight for me was the maintenance staff. Never learned his name, but the man with the beard was fantastic. Only ever had him come by. In and out every time he came to fix something and very kind.

Great place, friendly staff! I lived here 2020-2021, came back in 2023. Remington is close to shopping areas, not far from I-40, thus easily connected to other parts of town. Definitely recommended!

Couldn’t ask for a better experience. Rudy & the office staff were always friendly & great to talk to. I didn’t have many issues, but anything that was brought up was addressed in a timely manner. The maintenance guys were out daily working on the property, picking up trash, & making sure it was a nice place to be, & were always friendly with a wave or a conversation. Only left because of a job transfer, but if I needed an apartment in Amarillo, I’d go back in a heartbeat. Great experience!

Managment was more than accommodating. I was coming from out of state and had the apartment and lease signed before I even got back to Texas. They where also very veteran friendly and where willing to accommodate all of my needs. Adding to my review after moving in. The apartments where great! Nancy was just as pleasant in person as she was over the phone. The online portal is great. I paid my rent and scheduled a repair. The maintenance staff is very good. I had a small issue and they where there next morning. This apartment is decently priced, in a great location, with amazing staff and service.
