This place is a joke! Maintenance never gets anything done and management is never in the office so they never answer their phones. Trash is always through the apartment and it takes forever for them to come pick the trash up. My lease was up in July and we did a walk through and checked the things I was going to get charged for which was only blinds for 4 rooms, I received a letter in the mail stating I’m getting charged for carpet stains and carpet stretching AFTER we did the walk through and was only told I was getting charged for blinds. I had 6 carpet stains which were pea size stains, there is no way I should be getting charged for carpet stains when the carpet has to be shampooed after moving out which is normal wear and tear. I cleaned that place top to bottom LITERALLY, at this point I feel that they didn’t want to give me my deposit back.
