I love my apartment here at seasons 704! The maintenance is so fast- usually same day and the staff is amazing! I would 100% recommend living here. Great price for what you get! Also, the re-signing process is SO easy.

I’ve had an amazing experience living here! The management team, especially Suleman and Fauda, is top-notch—they really care about the residents and go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team, Julio and Ariel, are incredibly fast and efficient. Whenever there’s an issue, they’re on it right away and always with a positive attitude. What really stands out to me, though, is the community vibe. It’s super safe, and you can genuinely see where your money is going—there are constant upgrades and improvements throughout the complex to make sure everyone’s needs are met. It’s clear that they invest in making this place better every day. It’s not just a place to live; it’s a community. Love it here!
