One story in flood plain (hasn't flooded since 60's) and dams have been installed since then.. Bathroom has a unusual setup for taking a shower that makes it ADA suitable. New paint, upadated cabinets andflooring, etc.. Gas furnace, hot water. Will be replacing main house roof soon and installing new roof over a portion of the garage prior to move in.
