The fully functional kitchen is fully stocked with tea, coffee, a kettle, a coffeemaker, and a toaster. There is also a washer and dryer with supplies, and 2 bathrooms with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, and other toiletries. Free parking is available. Small and middle-size pets are allowed in the apartment, and must be carried in common areas, with a pet fee of $20 per night for 1 pet. A travel crib (for baby 0-18 months) and bed rails are available for $10 per item per night, and must be booked in advance. Guests have access to a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor hot tub, steam room and gym in the building. Persons under the age of 16 are not allowed in the fitness center. This apartment has a unique location with direct indoor access to 2 subway lines from the building. It is in a prime shopping area with entertainment facilities, bars, and restaurants, and there is a big supermarket in the building. Downtown attractions are a 15-20 minute subway ride away. Guests must be 25 or over in order to check in, but for reservations with 7 nights or more it is possible to check-in from the age of 18. According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to arrival, including every guest's name and ID details, and vehicle and license plate numbers if parking is required. Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. We kindly ask you to send us your selfie with your ID in your hands as an anti-fraud measure.
