This unit features a living room with a futon and a gorgeous sunroom/workstation with 180-degree views of the property. An air mattress is available for guest use. The TV is equipped with Roku Guest Mode, meaning you can sign in to all of your own streaming services at check-in, and you'll be automatically logged out of all your accounts on the day of check-out. One dog per stay is allowed for a nightly fee. All dogs must be house-trained with no history of indoor accidents and well-behaved. The cleaning fees can be charged as high as $250 for pet-related stains. If your dog is going to bark and howl when you leave it at the house, do not bring it. Please pick up after your dog. No pets other than dogs (cats, birds, rodents, etc.).
