J’ai aussi une autre chambre à 1350 $ avec un mini-frigo. Cette chambre en co-living / co-working est pensée pour offrir une expérience clé en main, tranquille et ultra-pratique, dans le quartier le plus recherché de la ville — idéale pour les locataires à moyen terme ou les vacanciers longue durée qui veulent se sentir chez eux dès le premier jour, avec de la bonne compagnie. The condo has 3 bedrooms and this is the biggest and most private one, right next to the full bathroom. Condo is spread out on two floors for ultimate privacy and communal balance, plus 1.5 bathrooms for everyone's convenience. $1200 per month. I also have another room for $1350 with a mini-fridge. All services included: housekeeping in common areas, all household cleaning products provided (dish soap/detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, sponges, etc.), large room furnished bed with sheets, towels, desk & chair, Wi-Fi, heat, electricity, plus full-kitchen, washer, dryer, and dishwasher. This co-working / co-living room rental is designed as a quiet and ultra-convenient turn-key experience in the most coveted part of the city for the medium-term renter or long-term vacationer who wants to feel at home with some good company from day one.
