Located on the second floor, this unit offers unobstructed, panoramic views of the crystal intracoastal water and the heated pool. This beautifully designed apartment features high-quality, hand-selected furnishings and stainless steel appliances. The Michelin-quality kitchen includes a double-door stainless steel fridge with a purified water dispenser, oven, stove top, microwave, farmhouse sink, island seating for two, floating shelves, a dual Keurig (K-Cup + drip) coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Enjoy the walk-in tiled shower with a glass door and a modern floating vanity. For entertainment, there are two smart TVs (bedroom and living room) and a chic L-shaped sofa. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each stay. Parking is on-site and included in your stay. You must use a parking pass provided at check-in. Clearwater Beach is a tourist area with plenty of restaurants, bars, cafes, ice cream shops, and boutiques within a very short walk. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in. Anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. No parties are allowed at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries), a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie.
