Absolutely no parties are allowed, and any violation will result in termination of the reservation without refund, along with additional cleaning and damage fees. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, and quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. No smoking is allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, unauthorized guests, and confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing either a $300 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30.
