This apartment features upscale and vintage decor, vinyl floors, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a Smart TV in the living room, white noise machines, a hair dryer, and a handheld steamer. Private off-street parking is available for one car. Additional street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are welcome for a fee of $40 per pet per night, up to a $600 cap per pet for the entire stay. Centrally located in downtown Columbus, this apartment is a short walk from the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District, and less than a mile from downtown Columbus and Ohio State University. You'll find many restaurants with unique character and amazing food nearby. The highway is conveniently located nearby, so occasional noise may be expected. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Breaking any house rule will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No loud music is allowed at any time. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are allowed on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Furniture is not to be rearranged. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
