Enjoy the shared outdoor amenities, including direct waterfront access, a kayak, a boat dock, outdoor seating, and a barbecue grill. Boat parking is available for an extra fee. Please inquire for exact rates. The minimum rate starts at $100 per night and varies depending on the time of year and length of stay. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 5- to 10-minute walk of restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. Nearby towns like Madeira Beach or St. Pete Beach are a short drive away. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM, meaning no loud noise of any kind, including music. Parties are never allowed, and the maximum occupancy is 5 people. Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the property, including vaping, and cleaning may charge a $500 penalty if smoking has taken place. Two pets are allowed per stay with a maximum weight of 50lbs, and you must notify us in advance in writing if you're bringing a pet. Enjoy the comfy living room sofa, ROKU TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and all the cooking supplies necessary. Take in the waterview from the living room. Enjoy shared outside amenities with the neighboring unit, including a kayak, boat dock, fireplace and furniture, and a BBQ grill. Boat parking fees vary, so please inquire for exact rates. Minimum rate starts at $100 per night and varies depending on the time of year and length of stay. Discounts are available on stays longer than 7 days. Pets are welcome, but you must notify us in advance in writing if you're bringing a pet. Fees and conditions will apply. Service pets are free, however you still must notify us in advance with documentation. This is a quiet, residential neighborhood within a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, cafes, and the beach. Unauthorized pets may incur a penalty of up to $250 per pet and immediate cancellation of the remainder of your stay without a refund. You must be 23 years or older to book and check-in. A rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival. This includes providing a legal photo ID along with an accompanying verification photo (selfie). Check-in information cannot be shared until this is completed. Unauthorized early check-ins or late checkouts will incur a penalty of $35 for every half hour rounded up in time. No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, and the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $500 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active reservation, we reserve the right to cancel the stay without any refund and charge a $500 penalty.
