We have lived here for 3 months now. This complex is extremely nice and well maintained. It has been extremely clean since the day we moved here. There are many dogs, big and small. All of the residents are extremely nice and they all clean up after their dogs. The pool is beautiful and the work out facility is top notch. The staff is very attentive and responsive. Kenny and Adrian keep the facility running and looking fantastic. This is more like resort living than simply an apartment. This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We live in a 3 bedroom corner unit. There is a wrap around balcony with great views. In addition, this property is centrally located to everything in Chesterfield....shopping, restaurants, etc....All in all, everything we wanted and much more than we expected.

I was among the very first to move in, waiting for that pool to open and then moving officially into it. The very best first year. Then covid came to visit and I retreated to my very comfortable apartment to watch and wait it out. Throughout it all the staff and maintenance crew have been top notch. Hip, hip, hooray.

We love Watermark apartments in Chesterfield, MO! Donna is outstanding as the manager - she became a friend as well as a super leader! She was always available and positive, ready to help and chat. Very fun! Everyone in the office: Mags, Paige, Kaitlyn were friendly and very efficient. The amenities including the pool and gym were top notch! We loved all the trails and parks right there at the complex! The complex and grounds were kept clean and inviting. There was always something fun coming up on the calendar thanks to Julie and Darrell, our "social heads."
Kenny and Adrian were terrific and always available. Knowing that we could call on them made it worry free. We had very few problems, but loved chatting with them as we went about our day. They were always very cordial and positive - keeping everything neat and clean and well-maintained.
Thanks for a great couple of years! We love you all!

I have lived at The Parq At Chesterfield at two different times July 2021 and May of 2023. I have enjoyed living at The Parq. I love the location and love my underground garage for inclement weather. I have had honor to get to know the new manager Karin Woodworth who started her new job three months ago at The Parq with tons of previous apartment mangement experience. Karin Woodworth addressed a few of my concerns like needing a special size HVAC air filter and Valet trash service. Karin was happy to help me with my concerns and questions. Karin also scheduled to have my carpets cleaned because of my allergies with a hypoallergenic carpet cleaning company. Karin is great to work with and is perfect for her role as the manager. The manager Karin Woodworth really cares about her position of the manager and is a fantastic advocate for the tenants. Me and my little cat Caylee are happy tenants and would recommend The Parq to future tenants. Thank you Karin and The Parq!

I lived at Watermark Chesterfield Village for 6 months and I loved every second of it. My apartment was incredible, the appliances are of great quality, the kitchen island a dream, the open floor plan, the beautiful flooring and carpet, even the beautiful neutral color on the walls.... just next level comfort and luxury. The amenities are equally great, and the the common areas were kept very clean (I lived in building 1). The staff was always responsive and kind to me! The package receiving lockers are a great convenience and worked very well. Not to mention the safety of the neighborhood and the short walking distance to the STL library and Chesterfield amphitheatre/park. I was a very happy resident and I'll miss my apartment!

We love living at Watermark. The management staff is super friendly and attentive. Our apartment is gorgeous and has a great view. They are extremely pet friendly and they even have their own dog wash area. Watermark is conveniently located to everything in Chesterfield, MO. Wonderful walking trails and nearby park. I would definitely recommend Watermark to anyone looking to find a new home.

Have enjoyed living here and appreciate the courtyards and proximity to Central Park. Ron is our go to person in the office and has always been helpful and pleasant to engage with. While maintenance can be busy and hard to track down, it is understandable and they are always extremely polite and courteous. Would recommend looking at the Parq as an option for an apartment.
