The 1 BR lofts include a 1 car garage and 2 BR townhouse apartments include a 2 car garage. The apartments have LVT plank flooring in the living room, kitchen bathroom and laundry areas. The apartments includes a stove, refrigerator (most units have an ice maker), dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and full size washer and dryer. There are ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms. The apartments have central air conditioning. The resident pays for electric. Management pays for water, sewage & trash. There is a 2 vehicle limit and residents must use the garage as the first source of parking. The garage is not to be used for storage if it results in a vehicle parked outside. Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained.
