Stayed here a bit more than a year ago. Going through the room, found multiple scratches along the wall and even divots making the flooring uneven. Also had a giant boiler in the closet of one of the rooms (not in the storage or laundry closet, in a bedroom closet) They reduced my rent but was still pricy. After moving in found the public washing machine and dryer needed quarters to operate (Around a $1.25 per load) and was small so had to do multiple loads to get even a medium load clean. It would break from time to time so we either just had to wait, buy a washer/dryer, or go to the laundromat (Where I went to get my quarters). Not only that but the hallway smelled of heavy smoking. After moving out 3 months later (luckily they let me out of my lease probably because of the reduced rent I was paying) I asked them multiple times to mail my deposit check to my new address which I gave to the landlord and the accounting team. But you want to know where they sent it? To my old apartment mailbox....that I no longer had the key nor code to enter. Am disappointed with my stay there but glad to be out of the place. I do NOT recommend moving here. This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional Experience I’ve ever had with a Landlord and leasing company. Nearly impossible to get a hold of these people at any time and all they care about so clearly is making money. They make it extremely hard for you to move out. I am in the process of buying out my lease and it has been nothing less then disappointing and again, extremely frustrating.
