About Faulkner Apartment 8/23/14-5/9/15
This is for a single bedroom in Faulkner Hall at UVa. Faulkner Hall is on-grounds housing that is owned by the University. The apartment is on the second floor of the Mitchell Building. There is a direct staircase from the parking lot about five feet from the door. Detailed link here with floor plan layout: http://www.virginia.edu/housing/options.php?id=faulkner . The apartment has its own kitchen, dining room, sitting area and bathroom. So far there are two other individuals who are in the apartment, with room for one more (not including yourself). It is $6660 for the entire rental period. This covers all utilities. UVa also has maintenance staff available around the clock. Off street parking is available, but requires a UVa parking permit which is not included in the cost. The surrounding area is VERY quiet and peaceful with the exception of sporting events nearby. This location is a hidden gem at UVa because of how quiet it is. There is plenty of green space for picnics, studying, and relaxation. The basketball stadium is also nearby giving you immediate access to the best sporting events on campus. If you take this listing, you will be taking my housing contract and we would subsequently have to notify UVa housing. You must be a male undergraduate student at UVa. (RLNE952832)
