About One Bedroom
We are renting out a very cute 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house and are looking for a third housemate to fill our extra bedroom. We are both college aged girls and are looking for another female, ideally also college aged. The house is about 10-15 minutes from Cal Poly Pomona and right up the street from Western University (on Towne, very close to the 10 freeway). It's an ideal location for students attending either school. We are also very close to the Claremont Colleges. Because we are losing our current housemate, we need to find another to fill her place by the end of August. If we are unable to find a third roommate, we are willing to move out of the house and find completely new renters for the home. If interested in this, please call, text or email me.
