About 1500 Grady Ave - $400 - 1BR Roommate Needed
I'm looking for one roommate, male or female, to fill a room at 1500 Grady Ave for August 2014 - August 2015. I signed the lease for a two bedroom/one bath apartment, so we will just add you onto the lease once we're at school. Rent is $400/Month and includes water, sewer, and basic cable. Electricity and Internet will be split between us monthly. About me: I will be a first year graduate student in the School of Architecture, studying Landscape Arch and Urban Planning. I went to UVA as an undergrad but am from Massachusetts originally. I am looking for either an undergrad student in their 3rd/4th year, a current grad student, or a young professional to take over the second room.
