All units come with stainless steel kitchen appliances. That includes 4 burner electric stove and oven, with mounted microwave above. Dishwasher, garbage disposal, and refrigerator with ice maker. Granite counter tops and matching granite back splash. Deep 50/50 undermount sink and a brush nickel goose neck faucet with vegetable sprayer. The kitchen also has a pantry for storing your food or appliances. Open floorplans with multiple windows bring in ample natural light throughout. Recessed lights, rocker switches, vinyl flooring, 4-inch trim and base boards give a luxury appeal. Bedrooms come with ceiling fans and walk in closets. Double pane windows provide energy efficiency and 4-inch wood blinds installed for privacy. The primary suite has its own bathroom with a fully tiled shower (2 Bed Floor Plans ONLY!). The second bathroom has a tub shower combo with tiled shower walls. All bathrooms have cultured marble counter tops and medicine cabinets. All floor plans come with a built-in home office niche. Homes come with full size washer and dryer connections, programmable digital thermostat, and brushed nickel fixtures. All yards are zero scaped (no yard maintenance!!). Located in Comfort off I-10 which is a short 10 minute drive to Kerrville, 20 minute drive to Fredericksburg, 15 minute drive to Boerne and 35 minutes from San Antonio.
