About The Greens At Hilton Run
(RLNE927737) Looking for someone to move into a One Bedroom apartment at The Greens of Hilton Run apartments in Southern Maryland in Lexington, Park. This complex offers two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis ball court, volley ball court, playgrounds, basketball court and have grills where you can have a great cookout for you and your friends, it also offers a Club House that you can rent out to have functions. My apartment is in excellent condition, it offers Washer and Dryer, Dishwasher, wall to wall carpet, nice size closet with a balcony located on the 3rd floor. I'm relocating to Washington, DC for a job and need to move out immediately. You will become the lease holder and will be responsible for anything that happens once you move in and your name is on the lease. The rent is $798.oo plus $16 for trash pick up. They also include the water and so far my water bill has been around $60-$70 a month so in total your rent is $888.00. You are also responsible for electricity through SMECO (Southern Maryland Electric Company). This apartment also offers discounts for government and military. All Open House Dates can be arranged after 7pm During the weekday and Early during the weekend. First Month's rent is due up front.
