One of the best school districts. South Burlington High School. First floor: kitchen, dining and large living room and half bath and a large balcony. The second floor has master suite with attached full bathroom and walk-in closet and a balcony. The second floor has two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and a laundry room with washer n dryer. It has full walkout basement for additional storage (can be used as per request). The owner will have some personal storage space in the basement. The house comes with two designated parking spots including a car port. Swimming pool available. Fresh carpet wash was done. Move in ready. Must have good rental references, solid income. First month rent and deposit (equal to first month rent) are due at lease signing. Minimum 1 year lease required. Trash, recycle, lawn mowing and snow plowing are included in the rent. All other utilities are tenants responsibility, No pet preferred. But can be considered for additional fees. Must follow HOA rules and regulations. Background check will be performed. Not furnished, furniture in pictures are for reference only.
