You will love our Naples, FL Seasonal (minimum 30-day) Rental first floor end unit condo. We are located on the fairway of a local public golf course. The unit is close to restaurants, shopping and a few minutes' drive to our beautiful Gulf beaches and downtown (5th Avenue) Naples. We have in unit washer and dryer, dish washer, eat in kitchen, dining room, reserved parking, community tennis courts, swimming pool and hot tub. The unit includes 2 queen and 2 single beds that will sleep a total of six. Please contact us for an actual rental quote since seasonal resort rental prices may vary by time of year and month to month. The rental quote will also spell out any local taxes and fees. We are located in a very safe community with a long walking, running and riding track. The walking track passes a PUBLIX supermarket, a Target store and many other restaurants and shops.
