There is also a basketball court at your disposal. About the upstairs neighbor: I'm a 36 yo male who works from home but travel pretty often. I work in climate venture capital, enjoy mountain biking during the warm and snow boarding during the cold. I am also a musician and like to produce music. I am new to Utah and I am excited to discover it. I hope to create a tiny community in the house, where we can share the back deck, back yard, and the garage.
