Online Application Process: Applicants aged 18 and older are required to apply online at onestoprealtylv com vacancies Please ensure to upload the necessary documents with your application: a copy of your ID, your two most recent pay stubs, and bank statements from the last two months (all pages included). For self-employed applicants, a recent tax return and two months' bank statements (all pages, in your name) are required. Note: Incomplete applications will not be considered if all documents are not received; we will move onto the next application in line. The move-in date must be within two weeks of application approval, and the processing time for applications can take up to 5 business days. Qualification Criteria: Credit Score: A minimum of 650 is required. Applicants with scores between 600 and 650 may be considered with a double security deposit. Background: Must have a clear background check. Rental History: Positive rental history is required. Income Ratios: Rent-to-income ratio must be less than 30% and debt-to-income ratio less than 40%.
