Your private access to the home with smart lock, A fully equipped bright kitchen including Nespresso coffee machine, heated polished concrete floors (you control your own heat), stylish dining area, lots of closet space designed for this home by California Closets, Modern bathroom with rain shower, heated anti fog mirror, fresh white linens. The Hydraulic murphy bed comes right down on the couch and transforms your living area to a bedroom. Flat screen frame TV, Netflix, high speed internet for your comfort. We are very close to SFU and also close to Eagle Ridge. Home comes fully furnished as viewed in the photos. Heat, Hot water, Internet, Hydro are all included in the price. We prefer a 3 months to 6 months stay. May be able to do a little longer term if needed. May consider less than 3 months or short term rental at a different pricing. The space is perfect for a new comer, or someone who has just moved to the area for school or work. Small or non shedding dog allowed. Reference check First showing after December 30th, 2024 Must fill up application before showing home is not suitable for more than two people a couple but preferably a single person.
