Fully renovated 2 years ago Separate entrance Soundproofing from floor above In suite laundry New appliances (looking for a new stainless steel stove and fridge but the current ones are new) Covered patio A/C vía central heating Plentiful storage. Central vacuum No furniture included Ive personally lived in here for 3 months while completing my renovation upstairs. Lots of natural light, with a bedroom facing south and one facing north. Just one person (myself) living upstairs Massive 14x12 master bedroom with 5x8 wall in closet. No smoking. References needed and a Tenant Verification will need to be done. 2350$/month +75$ for all utilities. Internet, TV, all services, heating, A/C & immediate help of an issue arises with the unit.
