Room for rent in our large 3 bedroom duplex in central Richmond Price is $1000+1/3 utilities for one person or $1200+1/2 utilities for a couple. MUST be a dog lover as we have a sweet Chihuahua who is practically our child 😊 Sorry no more pets, our lease only allows one. Smoking/420 outdoors only. Rent includes your own bedroom, fridge, in suite laundry, half of the third bedroom to use for storage or whatever you need it for (we have half of it for our storage purposes) Bathroom is mostly yours as we have the ensuite, will only use yours to shower. Large kitchen with dishwasher and plenty of extra cupboard space. Off street parking, massive yard, quiet neighbourhood close to shops. 15mins by bus to Canada Line Skytrain station 20 mins by car to Vancouver Looking for at least a 1 year commitment. Deposit required. Move in Dec 1st, Dec 15th or Jan 1st. If you need furniture it can be arranged! Will not respond to "Is this available", drop me a line telling me about yourself, how long you will stay for etc.
