It's a cool modified upper story (you can leave your windows open) unit with large storage closet, good sized bathroom, and kitchen. The rooms are large, and the living room has a door so it doubles as a guest bedroom. New washer and dryer. Private back yard and off-street parking. Utilities are nice and low, and it stays warm because it's an upper story. Convenient location, great neighbors, and a pretty cool space. Pets considered. Application process includes credit check, lease runs through August. First month's rent and $650 deposit required for move-in. Available mid- December (dates negotiable) cats are OK - purrr
