The house has on and off street parking, a large back yard, and a garage for storage. There is a common den with large windows upstairs and a common area in the finished basement, as well as a wash room with a washer and dryer. All common rooms are furnished. Three housemates are looking for some to fill the 4th room. Roommates are great people and easy to get along with. They're all friendly and helpful while still giving space when needed. They enjoy cooking and gardening, as well as sewing and wood working projects. We currently have 3 pets. Two medium to large dogs who are very cute and friendly and one cat who may have never left her bedroom (so cat allergies are a non-issue). Unfortunately, additional pets will not be considered at this time. This listing if for an individual, not for a couple or family. Bedroom - ~8'x11' + closet - shared bathroom - $765/month The room will be available starting July 1st. Rent rate is for a 1 year lease; if a shorter term is needed, we can discuss. Tenants split utilities evenly (average is $65/person/month for utilities and internet) If you're interested please reach out with any questions and details about yourself! I can also furnish the bedroom with a queen bed and frame for $15/month Deposit Details: Security deposit is one month's rent with $100 being non-refundable. Deposit Amount Refundable: $665
