The main living area flows past the kitchen to the Queen bedroom with a/c and a full bath. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the unit. From the cottage's private deck, enjoy the views of Sandy Bay dotted with sailboats. Or walk down the quiet lane to Granite Pier and experience the unsurpassed views of the rising sun over the Atlantic Ocean. Just steps away at Granite Pier (about 120 yards from the house) you can launch your kayak or stand-up paddleboard and explore the coastline. The cottage offers plenty of peace and privacy, with its thick stone walls, and windows that open onto the deck or courtyard. One off-street parking space available. Internet and water/sewer included. Electric heat included up to $300 per month. First, last & security due at signing. No pets. No smoking. No events or parties.
