Recently Finished - new basement apartment with walk out deck, large windows, and plenty of light. This basement apartment is new, clean, bright, and ready for a new tenant to move in. Walk into the large living room with plenty of space for seating, a designated area for a dining room table, coat closet, and opens to the galley kitchen. The kitchen has all appliances including a dishwasher and built in microwave. There is a designated room for additional storage as well as a full sized brand new washer and dryer. Two bedrooms, each with their own large closets can easily fit a Queen sized bed. The full bathroom has additional cabinet/storage space, a combo tub/shower, and sink with extra counterspace. The apartment was designed to be light & bright as well as efficient with cove electric heaters and double insulation in the ceiling to quiet noise from the upstairs family. A shared lawn with the family above is available (lawncare included in price), 2 designated parking spots (snow removal included in price!), and a partially covered outdoor walkway. Tenant pays electric, trash, and optional tv or internet. Preferably no pets, but one pet would be considered with references and a deposit. Absolutely no smoking allowed. First, last and deposit required to move-in. One year lease Starting – Immediately Showings Available Starting 4/1/26 - 24 hours notice must be given to current tenant.
