A two-car garage is attached for food and bicycle storage, as well. Property has a patio and nice back yard with pond. Utilities included in cost: internet, electric, water, sewer, trash, and natural gas. There is driveway parking available. Washer and dryer also available in residence. Full use of the kitchen appliances and dishware. I am a single mom with a 14 year old boy. I am a nonsmoker. I have 3 cats and a fish. Please serious inquires only. I require $500 deposit to hold room and 1st month rent 2 weeks prior to move in. Ask about Lease terms. No short term leases There is an extensive background and credit check fee (~$100). I am looking for someone who does not smoke and can clean up after themselves.
