Will be available 10/18 First month and security deposit moves you in. Cats considered with additional deposit and rent. $50 application fee per adult. Good rental history is very important. Security deposit is 1 to 2 months' rent based on credit, rental history, references and employment/income. Thank you for looking but please do not apply if you have credit under 600, an eviction, left owing money to a landlord, felonies, drug sales or any history of violence.
