Rowan Grove is located on the hill on 20th Street, just an easy walk from WWU. The complex offers 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom units with your choice of a flat or townhouse. Townhouse units include a private garage. All units feature amenities such as dishwashers and gas fireplaces. The property also has two picnic areas with barbecues and picnic tables, as well as an on-site laundry facility and secure mailboxes. Limited assigned and permitted parking is available in the alley below the complex, and there are also a few garages available. Rent includes water, sewer, garbage, and recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, natural gas, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome with a $500 refundable pet deposit, limited to two pets per household, and rabies vaccination documentation is required. Fees include a $50 screening fee per applicant and renter's liability insurance at $13 per month (opt-out available with proof of coverage). A $250 holding deposit is required if the move-in date is more than 14 days after lease signing, deducted from the security deposit upon move-in, and non-refundable if applicants do not move in.
