I am open to renting it furnished or unfurnished. I have a beautiful 500sq/ft condo on the 24th floor of the “Savoy” on Richards between Smythe and Nelson. Best suited to a business professional or a young couple, very homey with lots of personal touches including all Urban Barn furniture, stone fireplace and bright white walls in the living room. Building includes full lap pool, hot tub, gym, entertainment room, includes one parking space. All utilities, cable, internet included.
