This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home is located just off of I-235 close to East High School. The home hosts hardwood floors throughout the main level, and tile flooring on the second level. You walk into a dining area that leads to the living room and first bedroom on the main level. The large kitchen has plenty of cabinet and counter space with an open pantry and back door to the backyard. Full bathroom on the main level. Upstairs you'll find another open area great for a second living room, home office, or kids play area, as well as the second bedroom. Pets welcome up to 50lbs with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $945, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $125. No Assistance Programs. Location: 925 E 9th St, Des Moines.
