Upstairs you'll find another open area great for a second living room, home office, or kids play area, as well as the second bedroom. Pets welcome up to 50lbs with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent. There is a $50 application fee per adult, deposit is $945, and if approved there is a one time administrative fee of $125.
