Renting to one individual, no couples, an adult with a small child is ok. Amenities include storage, washer and dryer, dehumidifier, microwave, fridge, and stovetop. Utilities are included: Verizon Fios Gigabit Connection Internet, water, gas, and electricity. BasicQualifications: 1)Must make 3x the rent and have good rental history 2)No evictions/broken leases within the last 7 years 3)No unpaid debt with previous landlords (must have proof of payoff if it's on your credit report) 4)Decent credit history within the last 2 years 5)No smoking. Tenant must sign a lease agreement and complete an application ($55 per application) - background, credit check, and proof of income. Home currently has a dog (20 lb. cairn terrier mix) and 2cats. Pet allowed, approval on a case-by-case basis, must compete a Meet & Greet with our pets if you might let your pet out to the backyard. I am a working professional and live with my mom and pets.
