The unit is located in a very safe subdivision just off hwy 395 about 10 minutes away from I-15 fwy & everything Victorville has to offer, i.e. the mall, restaurant row, shopping centers, etc. Rent covers all utilities (water, trash, gas, electric), cable tv, hi-speed wifi, and full furnishing. Unit DOES NOT have a stove. However, a two burner hot plate and extra large countertop oven is provided. Tenant occupancy is limited to 4 (with maximum 2 adults & two small kids).
