Wonderful gut-rehabbed two bedroom in the Wrigleyville area near the red line. The apartment was fully rehabbed and offers a large front living room, modern kitchen, two full bathrooms with one bathroom having private attachment to a bedroom. The bedrooms are both spacious and get great light. The apartment has newer windows, central air, central heat, dishwasher, hardwood floors. The building is located half a block from the Addison red line, truly in the center of Wrigleyville. The building does have a laundry room for residents with three pairs of washers and dryers. The building is located near the lake, Halsted and Southport. This make the location accessible to restaurants, shops, night life, groceries, bus lines and the train. Please note: the stated Application Fee is $185.00 per person, for each person applying to reside in the apartment. Seminary Properties will not approve more people to reside in the apartment than the apartment has bedrooms (i.e.: three people will not be allowed in a two-bedroom apartment). The Application Fee is comprised of a $35.00 Credit Check Fee [non-refundable] and a $150.00 down payment that removes the apartment from the market for your party. If you are approved, this down payment will be applied towards your Security Deposit. If you are not approved for the apartment, you will receive a refund of $150.00 per person, to each person that applied. If you change your mind after applying for the apartment and do not wish to continue with the application process for the apartment, the $150.00 down payment will be forfeited and will not be refunded to you. Finally, an apartment will only be removed from the market once an application and $185.00 payment is received from each person who will be residing in the apartment. No Dogs are permitted at anytime. Non-smoking unit. Advertised rental rate is based on two person occupancy. Additional occupants are permitted for an increase in monthly rent of $250.00 per person per month regardless of age. This additional rent is to cover additional wear and tear on the unit and utility usage of the building. Seminary Properties and Management Ltd, does reserve the right to limit overall occupancy at a certain total number of people, regardless of age. Security deposit $500.00 One-time non-refundable Administration Fee of $300.00 One-time non-refundable Pet Fee of $150.00 per pet (if applicable), no dogs under any circumstances.
