What a sweet apartment! Located close to main arteries, this quiet little home at the rear of a lovely old house is just the ticket! The previous owner planned the apartment for his mom, so it is really nice! Park in the shared driveway, open the gate and walk down the pleasant sidewalk through the lovely back yard to the entry. The charming covered entry opens into a large living room with a stone fireplace fitted with gas logs! The all-white kitchen is just off the living/dining room. It features a brand new gas stove and refrigerator, dishwasher and boasts a newer stacking washer and dryer unit. There are two nice bright bedrooms with closets, a really nice bathroom with ceramic floor and a pedestal sink. Electricity is shared with the main house and there is a separate gas meter for the apartment. $75 app fee/adult, $100 admin fee due at move-in. Tenants are responsible for utilities, yard care and renters insurance Pet Accepted ( 1 litterbox trained cat allowed.) on a case by case basis with approval and payment of applicable fees. $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $25 mo/rent and pet screening fee per pet prior to move-in.
