Oversized 900 sq ft garage with lots of room for storage. Landry room with full-sized washer dryer. 2 pets max will be considered with an additional deposit. Absolutely no smoking allowed. Renters Insurance Required. First, last and deposit equal to the monthly rent are required to move-in. Tenant is responsible for all utilities! Any lawn maintenance or snow removal to be done by the tenant and meet HOA regulations. Lease Starting - Immediately
