Property Id: 1849290 Ohana unit w/own entrance. Located close to beach with 2 different beach parks a mile either way from the house. There is wall AC in the unit. This is a non-smoking, non-vaping property. Additional details: The property is a main house with the apartment in the back. We live on the property. We are quiet, laid-back people, and because we live on-site, we are looking for similar qualities in a tenant. Our property is gated, and we have a Ring on our front door that overlooks the front area/entrance gate. If you are looking for a resort-style accommodation, then this will probably not be a good fit. We require a $1000 deposit to hold the unit. The total monthly rent charges of $2100 includes all applicable taxes. Per Ordinance 22-7, this property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days or rentals actually use or occupied.
