The main floor master suite includes a king bed and private bath, the upper level offers two bedrooms (one with a double and trundle bed, one with a double), and the lower level provides an additional bedroom. Convenience is built in with two washers and two dryers, a detached two-car garage with opener, ample parking, plus a basketball hoop, fire pit, and on-site mail delivery. Tenants pay propane and electric; the owner covers trash, internet, snow plowing, lawn care, and basic cable. No pets or smoking are permitted, and professional cleaning is required at move-out. This home is offered as an off-season lease only and is not available beyond May 31, 2026 Credit check required. $65 Application per adult (everyone over 18 must apply!) $150 Admin Fee.
