Convenience is built in with two washers and two dryers, a detached two-car garage with opener, ample parking, plus a basketball hoop, fire pit, and on-site mail delivery. Tenants pay propane and electric; the owner covers trash, internet, snow plowing, lawn care, and basic cable. No pets or smoking are permitted, and professional cleaning is required at move-out.
