Beyond the 4 bedrooms, you will enjoy a bonus room that can be used as an office or guest bedroom and a fully finished basement with a large recreation room, bedroom, and bathroom. Other features include new carpet throughout, a breakfast bar in the kitchen, and a washer and dryer for extra convenience. Outside you will find a sprinkler system, a dog run, and a large yard that is not fully fenced but backs to lovely open space. Great location near shops, restaurants, and a movie theater! Residents are required to put all utilities into their name. One dog and one cat are considered with a $300 deposit per pet. All dogs must be over 1 year old and proof of spay/neuter is required.
