Beautiful and very spacious home with a conservation area in the rear and no neighbors on the west side of the house. Located in the very desirable River Chase community by the West Chase4 area. Newer vinyl floors downstairs and newer carpets upstairs. New kitchen quarts countertops. This Brentwood model home has such a nice floor plan. It has a very large family room downstairs and a huge bonus room upstairs. This to me is the nicest model in the community. The schools are excellent and the neighborhood has a walking trail which leads to a playground. Convenient to shopping, great restaurants, theaters and just minutes to Tampa International airport, downtown Tampa and about 20-25 minutes to some of the best beaches in the US.
