Look at the list of amenities: 9-hole par 3 executive Golf Course, two story fully equipped Club House, two heated Swimming Pools, Miniature Golf, Lighted Tennis courts, Pickle Ball, Shuffleboard, Boat Ramp on Lake Davenport, Basketball, Volleyball, Horseshoes , Cablevision, 24/7 Manned Guard House, Bingo, Planned activities and Entertainment throughout the year. Even Golf carts are permitted in the community. The cozy one-bedroom Mobile Home ng, new Porcelain Tile in the Florida Room and the exterior has been repainted. Rent includes: Cable, Water, Sewer, Trash pick-up and the Landlord pays the Homeowner Association Dues. There is a U.S. Postal Service mailbox at the Community entrance. Don't want to drive? Use the Lynx bus stop (Route 55), directly on US 192, just outside the community. From there you can access the entire metro Orlando mass transit system.
